How low the knicker comes to is determined by the crotch depth when giving your measurements.

The U-Shape front is usually a preferred option for those with long torsos or if you want some more width in the front to cover, for example, c-section scars.

Like with the V-shape, the knicker height and how far up it comes is determined by the crotch depth given when measurements are collected.
